Questions, answered
Is the sauna really free?
Yes. You pay our normal price for a three-night winter weekend, and your private one-hour sauna session for two (usually £60) is included at no extra cost.
How do I get my sauna voucher?
Book a Friday to Monday stay using the code SAUNA. Once your booking's confirmed, we'll email you a personal voucher code that covers 100% of your session with Riverside Sauna.
When can I use the sauna?
Any time during your weekend that suits you, subject to availability. Book your slot with Riverside Sauna as soon as you get your code, as weekend slots go quickly.
Can more than two of us use the session?
The free session is a private hour for two people. If you'd like to bring more of your group, just ask Riverside Sauna about adding extra guests when you book.
Do I need to bring anything?
A swimsuit, a towel, a water bottle and something warm to wrap up in afterwards. If you fancy a dip in the Ribble, footwear you don't mind getting wet is a good idea.
Can I use it with other offers?
The Winter Warmer Weekend can't be combined with other discount codes, including WINTER33.
What if I need to cancel?
Our normal booking terms apply to your stay. If you cancel, your sauna voucher is cancelled too, so please let us know and we'll sort it with Riverside Sauna.
